By using the Zurigozi website services and tools (the “Site”), the customer (“you” or the “End User”) agree to the terms and conditions that we 

(“Zurigozi Leather Company“) have provided. If you do not agree with the outlined terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”), 

please refrain from using the Site. 


The Site reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Please check these

Terms and Conditions regularly for updates as changes will be made on the website with no notice provided. If you are a business then different

Payment

Payment can be made, on the website, cash, and bank transfer. In the case of bank transfers, payment must be confirmed before your order is dispatched.

Proof of payment MUST be presented in the case where payment hasn’t been confirmed. 

 

Delivery

Delivery days and times are Mondays – Saturday 9 am-7 pm, within the FCT. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer.

We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule. 

This For delivery outside of the FCT, delivery charge and mode of delivery are subject to delivery options chosen by the customer.

 

Returns

All items purchased from zurigozi.com that meet the policy requirements below are eligible for return. For a return to be eligible, please review the policy and instructions below:

  • Products must be returned in new and good condition to receive a full refund.
  • Any item returned in a non-resalable condition is subject to refusal and not eligible for a refund.
  • Products must be returned with their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. In the case of a return without packaging, packaging fee would be deducted from your final refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.


Exchange

All items purchased from zurigozi.com that meets the policy requirements below are eligible for exchange. For an exchange to be eligible, please review the policy and instructions below.

  •  Products must be returned in new and good condition to receive a complete exchange.
  • Products must be returned with its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. In the case of a return without packaging, packaging fee would be deducted, thereby altering what Zurigozi is liable to return.
  • An exchange will be processed within 2-5 business days depending on the product type.


Cancellation

Any orders placed may be amended or cancelled by the customer at no charge, provided that this is done the same day the order was placed.

Please note, for the cancellation to be effective, it has to be expressly stated as an email or a call placed through to 08065323532 stated on the website within 

the allowed time frame for allowed.
